eMT ver 3.0
A web-based transcription platform developed exclusively by us. It enables a client to enjoy Anytime, Anywhere use. You can use a recorder or telephone in your dictation from any landline or mobile. The files are transcribed and then sent back to you, in encrypted form. The files can be viewed from your own computer, edited and stored in perpetuity, by logging on to your password protected personal account. You can even choose to fax or email it to a physician of your choice without downloading it onto your computer- no paper, no printer, no stamps, envelopes or mailing needed.
Moreover, the files we produce can be integrated into an EMR system with one click of a button. So whether you are already using an EMR system or anticipate using one, we have an easy solution for you.
eMT includes a web-based Archival System, whereby reports are stored in our server in perpetuity. A Google-type search enables you to call up reports by patient name, date range, disease, symptom, treatment or any word in the document.
The system is totally HIPAA compliant. We ensure total security of data in storage and in transmission. eMT uses high-end SSL technology with 256-bit encryption to ensure complete patient confidentiality. Encryption and verification is provided by VeriSign.

The Quality Center (TQC)
