Dictation
Files can be sent to us by the end of your business day.
To dictate you can use either of the following :
A digital recorder of any make Olympus, Sony or any other
A telephone landline or mobile to a toll-free number
A microphone built into your laptop or computer
If you are already using Speech Recognition Software, we offer an additional Editing Service. Documents converted by Speech Recognition can be formatted and edited to bring them up from the sub-par SR quality to 99% accuracy after human editing by our team.
Transcription
Files are sent to the Transcription Center where they
are transcribed. At this point files are sent on to
The Quality Center for the final editing process.
Quality Check - The Quality Center
TQC is set up into teams with team leaders. Each client
has a dedicated team dealing with files.
All transcribed documents pass through this
critical and additional audit.
File Delivery
The completed files are then delivered back to the physician for use.
Transcribed reports are back on your computer by approximately 10
am the next morning.
You could choose to
- Read and edit the files on your computer
- Print the files original or edited
- Store the original and edited files on your own computer, or on our server or both
- Retrieve the files at a future date securely on any desktop/laptop or smartphone
File Forwarding
Files can be faxed or emailed to whomever you
choose from our website itself. A built-in Address
Book helps you achieve this with ease.
No need to print our letters, stuff envelopes
or pay for postage. All of this is tracked for
your convenience.
Archiving
eMT enables you to store your documents in
perpetuity on our servers. A Search Engine
is built-in by which you can search for a file
by Patient name, time period, disease, symptom,
treatment or any other keyword. This function is
particularly suited for targeted research projects.
After sending the dictation, you can track the status of a job at any time using eMT.

HIPAA regulations suggest that the physician have a contract with the business associate (Transcription Service Provider). We would be happy to sign your HIPAA contract. We are happy to provide you with our agreement, as well.
